Shawn Oliver Gillespie
Shawn Gillespie was raised in the Midwest and brings more than a decade of experience across accounting, finance, and executive recruiting. He began his career at KPMG, where he built a strong foundation in audit and advisory services before moving into consulting and executive search. Prior to founding The Oliver Group, Shawn supported Fortune 1000 and middle-market companies, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the technical and human sides of the business.
Shawn holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and specializes in placing accounting and finance professionals at all levels, from senior individual contributors to executive leadership, across a broad range of industries.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and traveling the country in his RV.
